Privacy Policy

We collect: your email address, name, and profile information; content you upload (artwork, images, bios); landing page data you create; analytics for your published pages (visits, clicks, country, device, referrer); and payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

We use your data to provide the service, process payments, generate AI marketing plans, improve the platform, and send service-related emails (account, billing, product updates).

Inputs you submit to the AI Marketing Coach (such as song name, budget, and campaign goals) are sent to OpenAI for processing. We do not share personally identifying information with OpenAI. AI responses are stored in your account so you can revisit them later.

We track visits and clicks on published landing pages so artists can see how their pages perform. Country and device are detected from standard browser headers. We do not sell this data.

When an artist installs Meta, TikTok, or Google pixels on their landing page, those platforms collect data according to their privacy policies. IRL Pages facilitates pixel installation but does not control what those platforms collect or how they use it.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.

Data is stored on Supabase servers in the United States. Published landing page assets are delivered globally via a content delivery network.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the vendors required to run the service: Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI coach), and Supabase (database and file hosting).

Account data is retained while your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You can access, export, or delete your data from the Settings page. Contact us for assistance with any privacy request.

The service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
