Terms of Service

By accessing or using IRL Pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

IRL Pages is a landing page builder and marketing platform for independent music artists, operated by Indie Release Lab. We provide tools to create branded artist pages, manage traffic analytics, and receive AI-powered marketing suggestions.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for any activity under your account.

IRL Pages offers three tiers: Free ($0/forever), Basic ($9.99/month), and Premium ($19.99/month). Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Artists retain full ownership of their music, artwork, and any content uploaded to IRL Pages. We do not claim any rights to your content. By uploading, you grant IRL Pages a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display it on the landing pages you publish through the service.

You may not use IRL Pages to publish illegal content, impersonate others, send spam, distribute malware, or scrape the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The AI Marketing Coach provides suggestions and strategy drafts, not guarantees. Marketing results depend on execution and factors outside our control. IRL Pages is not responsible for ad spend, campaign outcomes, or decisions made based on AI output.

The IRL Pages brand, templates, code, and platform are the property of Indie Release Lab. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from Settings. Upon deletion, we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

IRL Pages is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or the actions of third parties (including Stripe, streaming platforms, or advertising networks) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
